Craig Albright is a seasoned financial executive and strategic CFO with over 20 years of experience in technology, managed services, and software operations. As a three-time CFO, he has demonstrated expertise in financial stewardship, driving growth and transformation, and enabling M&A transactions across various deal sizes. His deep knowledge of financial reporting, audit oversight, cash management, and risk mitigation—paired with hands-on experience in businesses ranging from $50 million to over $5 billion—positions him as a valuable advisor to Finance, Audit, and Risk Committees.
At Xerox, Craig served as CFO Americas, overseeing all aspects of finance operations for a $5 billion region and leading the Global Cash Center, managing $500 million in cash flow operations. He directed hundreds of B2B service transactions, managed key vendor relationships, and executed restructuring initiatives that enabled North American sales operations to adapt during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Previously, as CFO for Xerox Europe, Craig held full P&L and balance sheet responsibilities, leading turnaround strategies for European country operations during the Eurozone crisis. As VP Finance for Global Services and North America, he led budgeting, financial reporting, and planning for key business units, consistently aligning financial strategy with corporate objectives to drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth. During this tenure, he was also responsible for the finance synergy workstream related to Xerox’s $6.5 billion acquisition of ACS, overseeing valuation and integration planning to maximize post-merger performance. Before his corporate roles, Craig spent 10 years in consulting with Deloitte and Marakon Associates, advising Fortune 500 and mid-market companies on strategy, business valuation, financial performance, and organizational effectiveness. This experience provided him with a deep understanding of strategic alignment, risk analysis, and value creation, which complements his operational and financial leadership.
Craig also brings public sector governance expertise as a member of the Defense Business Board, where he advises on critical issues affecting the Department of Defense. As study chair for the Business Transformation Subcommittee, he led a report on supply chain illumination, offering actionable recommendations to improve transparency and resilience—skills directly applicable to governance, audit oversight, and risk management.
Craig holds an MBA in Finance from Wharton and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Chicago. He is an active volunteer with Junior Achievement, reflecting his dedication to fostering future leaders. In his free time, Craig enjoys music festivals, reading, and traveling with his family.
