Kayla Cross

Ms. Kayla Cross joined the Defense Business Board (DBB) team in October 2022. She currently serves as a Management Analyst assisting with all DBB operations and administration capabilities.

Kayla is a 2020 graduate from Towson University, receiving her ScB in Mass Communication, and is currently pursuing an MBA from Syracuse University. Prior to her current role, Kayla worked for the Defense Security and Technology Administration, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the Bureau of the Fiscal Service. She hopes to leverage her knowledge from these current and past pursuits into the Analyst role.

In her spare time, Kayla enjoys writing poetry, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
