2019 NDAA directed study: Industry - Government Exchange

In Section 883 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019, Congress directed the Secretary of Defense to form an Integrated Review Team (IRT) comprised of members of the Defense Business Board, Defense Innovation Board, and the Defense Science Board. The Team was directed to "undertake a study on facilitating the exchange of defense industry personnel on term assignments within the Department of Defense."
